UPS Generator Backup Power
All of our server
colocation facilities feature premium
redundant diesel generator and UPS backup power
to guarantee that power is constant continuously
24/7. Even if the utility power completely fails,
our generators are always in continuous use
and able to run independently to guarantee up
power all of the time. Many other server colocation
companies use backup type generators; however
we use prime source generators for backup power.
The difference is that our generators are able
to run continuously for whatever time is needed,
even if we need to run them for years.
Most other server colocation companies use
backup generators which typically provide emergency
backup power for only 3 to 6 hrs. This is a
huge difference from what we provide. In addition;
our power is voltage smoothed, filtered, balanced
and individually circuit breakered for each
full cabinet.
